JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for management support in all aspects of maintenance and repair activities associated with a marine (container) terminal environment.
- Forecasting, planning, labor supervision and allocation, purchasing, inventory control, cost accounting.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of diesel/gasoline engines, hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic systems, brake systems,
- Knowledge of General Electric D. C. 300 drive controls, Programmable Logic Control (PLC) and inventory control processes.
- Experience supervising union labor.
- Must be available to work day and evening shifts, including weekends.
