RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide project information to the creative team, collaborating with the account team and clients in order to problem solve and assist in the strategic planning process.
- Collect and analyze data to gain the understanding of their clients needs while also providing reporting on client engagement.
- Develop a project schedule and track the implementation of very technical deliverables while collaborating with the creative, account and web developments teams within the agency.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years of experience in an Account Coordinator role, preferably from either a digital or traditional advertising agency
- Must have experience with strategic planning, data reporting and project coordination
- Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Heavy Excel and Google Docs, PowerPoint.
- Must have exposure and knowledge of web-based technologies
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree in the following fields: Marketing, Communications, Journalism or English.
