We are looking for a Strategic Account Coordinator who is ready to hit the ground running and a tech-savvy rockstar account/project coordinator. The ideal person will serve as account support, using a combination of analytic and data reporting skills! The individual will be

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide project information to the creative team, collaborating with the account team and clients in order to problem solve and assist in the strategic planning process.
  • Collect and analyze data to gain the understanding of their clients needs while also providing reporting on client engagement.
  • Develop a project schedule and track the implementation of very technical deliverables while collaborating with the creative, account and web developments teams within the agency.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years of experience in an Account Coordinator role, preferably from either a digital or traditional advertising agency
  • Must have experience with strategic planning, data reporting and project coordination
  • Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Heavy Excel and Google Docs, PowerPoint.
  • Must have exposure and knowledge of web-based technologies

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree in the following fields: Marketing, Communications, Journalism or English.
